Privacy Policy

What this site does

This site helps you learn about and watch the independent feature film Why Wait?. We do not require an account to watch. The watch button opens Tubi in a new tab, and Tubi handles its own privacy practices.

Email updates

If you choose to subscribe, your email is submitted to Kit, our email service provider, for behind-the-scenes notes, new films, and release updates from This Rock Entertainment. Kit may send a confirmation email because this list uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.

Advertising measurement

With permission, this site loads the Meta Pixel (Dataset ID 1520197710159832) to understand advertising and film interest. Automatic Advanced Matching and Conversions API are not used. Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked before the pixel loads. A valid Global Privacy Control signal suppresses it.

Your choices and a returning-visitor cookie

Your advertising preference is saved in your browser under why_wait_consent so the consent banner and Your Privacy Choices page agree. The site also sets one first-party, flag-only cookie named why_wait_returning for 365 days. It contains no email, Kit ID, or cross-site tracking information.
